PICA draws a crowd
at flexo workshop
The Printing Industry of the Carolinas, Inc. (PICA) held its first Focus on Flexo Workshop recently as part of its emphasis on serving flexographic printers and converters.
The workshop, “Maximizing Your Flexo Press Efficiency,” was held in mid-December to a standing-room-only audience of flexo printers, converters and suppliers.
Three different flexo supplier PICA members made presentations about how to increase press efficiency. About 24 flexo professionals attended the event, held at the PICA Education and Conference Center in Charlotte.
Speakers were Dan Foy, Harper Corporation of America; Glenn Sanders, Max Daetwyler; and Perry Auton, Wikoff Color.
